By using this site and buying from its online store, you agree to the following conditions. We reserve the right to modify these terms and to correct and/or update information on the website at any time without notice.

Rates & taxes

All prices listed on the site are in Canadian dollars (CAD). Taxes apply — GST (5%) & QST (9.975%).

Shipping Policy

You will receive an email when your order is shipped or ready to be picked up. We are not responsible for any loss, damage or delays incurred by the post. If you have provided an incorrect delivery address, all postage costs resulting therefrom will be your responsibility.

Exchanges
& refunds

No request will be processed AFTER 10 days following the delivery date of your order. Please write to us by email at info@ldfs.ca the reasons for your request and attach a photo if necessary so that our suppliers authorize or not your request according to their refund policies, either: defective item, damaged or packaging error. The supplier will have 10 working days to send us his decision. If your request is accepted, you must return the item to us within 10 days. The item must be in its original condition. Not having been used, worn or washed. In short, it must be new. You must attach a copy of the invoice as well as a copy of our return authorization communication that we will have sent to you by email. All shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer.

The refund or exchange will be made following receipt of the returned item.

Reimbursement will be made using the original method of payment.

Items that are not in a condition to be returned to inventory or that are incomplete will be subject to return costs and refunds will not be accepted.

It is your responsibility to have checked the size chart before making your purchases. No exchange or refund due to wrong size on your part will be accepted.
